We are only able to deliver within the UK.
We aim to ship all orders the same day which are placed on our web shop before 2pm Monday to Friday via the DHL delivery service.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Standard Delivery £4.95 – Up to 3 working days. All orders over £45 will be shipped free of charge.
Next Day Mainland UK £6.95 Free on orders over £75. Order by 2pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. Please note that due to the weekend, orders placed before 2pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Highlands and Islands £6.95- Up to 7 working days. Free on orders over £75. Consists of UK Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and post codes starting IM, PH, IV, KA, KW, PA, ZE, HE, PO, GY AND JE. Unfortunately, we cannot send orders to these regions with a next day service.
We will send you an email when your goods are despatched with a link to the website of the delivery service being used. This will allow you to track your parcel.
Where a mobile phone number is entered, the delivery service provider will send a text message with delivery times directly.
There will be no deliveries or collections on bank holidays. For next day deliveries, orders placed before 2pm on Friday, your parcel will be delivered the following Tuesday.
At Hahnemühle, we aim to provide the best overall consumer experience. Unfortunately, there may be occasions where our products or service fail to achieve the standards expected. Should you not be completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Cancelling or Amending an order
Should you wish to cancel an order that you have just placed, please contact our customer services department on 01603 759266 as soon as possible. Amendments to an order can be made right up until the point of despatch but once it has been despatched we cannot amend or cancel.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly or the item was not as expected, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us on email@example.com or 01603 759266 to inform us of your intention to return the product.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original, unopened condition together with the completed returns note in order for us to process a full refund. Please allow 7 working days from receipt of the goods to process the refund.
Please check your parcel for damages when it arrives. If you should notice damage to the packaging upon receipt, please open the parcel and check the contents as damaged deliveries must be signed for as damaged with the courier.
All damages must be notified within 48 hours to the customer services department on 01603 759266 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will replace damaged items without further charge and aim to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
