Hahnemühle UK LTD Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions apply to the use of our website, by placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

  • All orders are subject to our acceptance and availability and are only available in the UK.

  • An email confirmation will be sent once an order has been placed. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

  • If a product is priced incorrectly, we have the right to refuse or cancel any products ordered. In the case of a price change we will contact you to ensure the price is acceptable.

  • We as a company will always do our best to provide you with the most up to date accurate information, however occasionally the product information given may be inaccurate. We will rectify this as soon as we become aware of this. We will not be held responsible for incorrect information given.

  • It is your responsibility to check your email confirmation to ensure it is correct, and to contact us is there is an error.

  • We cannot accept any liability for any delivery delays or any other losses due to this.

  • Your goods may arrive in more than one delivery if you have ordered more than one item.

  • In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect or damaged goods then we will replace or refund you the amount paid providing you notify us within 48 hours. A refund will be issued within 7 days after we receive the incorrect/damaged goods back.

  • Any goods purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund providing they are unopened and in a resaleable condition.

  • We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions on our website and reserve the right to alter any information to the goods and services we provide.

  • We try to provide accurate product images; however, we cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies between the images and product.

  • We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any services or products purchased through Hahnemühle UK.

  • In the unlikely event you have a complaint with our product which cannot be resolved in the UK, we reserve the right to send the item to our quality control department at our head office for testing. Please allow 2-3 weeks for this to be resolved. We may require printed and un printed samples to be returned for testing.

  • All items must be paid for before dispatch. If payment fails, we reserve the right to collect any outstanding monies.

  • Trade accounts are subject to satisfactory credit checks.

  • All trade accounts will receive terms of 30 days from end of invoice month.

  • Registration on our Website. If you choose to register with us then you must choose a username and password, you are responsible for all actions under those details, you must make every effort to keep your username and password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If you think it has been compromised, then you must change it immediately.

  • Hahnemühle reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions or you supply us with false information about you or your company.

  • All rights including copyright in the content of our web pages are controlled and owned by the company.

  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
